How a lantern gets to your porch

When you pick a lantern or a bulb on our pages, you finish the purchase on its listing. That store packs, ships and tracks the order, and shows the exact delivery date before you pay.

In the box

• Zap T6 Pro or JY-02: the lantern with its 15 W lamp already fitted, the cleaning brush and a printed guide.
• Replacement bulbs: one or two 15 W tubes, each in its own sleeve.

If the box arrives rough

Unpack it and switch the lantern on before you throw the packaging away. If the lamp doesn't light or a guard bar is bent, report it through your order page the same day and photograph the box.

Outside the US

Our lanterns run on 90-130 V household power. Please check your mains voltage before ordering from abroad.
