If it isn't right for your yard

Returns run through the store where you placed the order, under its return window, usually 30 days from delivery. Start from your order page and follow the prompts.

A bulb that doesn't fit

Keep the new tube in its sleeve and the box intact while you check the fit, so it can go back as new. Measure your old tube first next time: 7.75" long with a 4-pin base is ours.

A lantern that stops working

Before you send it back, write to lanterns@gootop.org. A weak glow is often a tired bulb, and a quiet grid is often a full tray; both are quicker to fix than a return.

What can't come back

Lanterns damaged by a direct soaking, a dropped tube or a tampered grid usually fall outside the store's return rules.
